I've been trying to get Kostyn to give kisses. He understands the concept, he loves getting kisses from mama, and he now will oblige me when I ask for a kiss. Except, somehow, he's gotten a little confused about the actual act.
So when I say, "Kostyn, can I have a kiss?" he stops what he's doing, gives me a great big smile, comes over and puts one of his hands on my face, gently turns me away from him so that he's looking squarely at my cheek, and then he leans forward ... and gingerly touches his forehead to my cheek.
It's the most adorable "kiss" ever. I have no idea how he came up with it. I almost hate to correct him. In fact, I'm not sure I will.

Oh my goodness, that is so sweet!
I love the funny things kids come up with. When Leah wants me to pick her up she says "I carry you, mama?"
Isn't it crazy how you love them more and more each day!
